Role Overview:

The HCM Data Cleanser is responsible for reviewing, cleaning, and preparing data extracted from legacy systems for upload and conversion into Oracle Fusion HCM. This role involves working closely with business teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness, populating data templates, and supporting the data migration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze data extracted from legacy systems.

  • Clean and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Populate Oracle Fusion HCM data templates for data upload.

  • Collaborate with business teams to validate data requirements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Assist in the data conversion process, ensuring timely and accurate data migration.

  • Conduct data quality checks and address any issues identified.

  • Support the testing phase by providing clean and accurate data for testing scenarios.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in data cleansing and data migration activities.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or similar HRIS is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and data management tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with data conversion processes and methodologies.
