Title: SAP HR Mini Master and Workflow Consultant
Location: Onsite Dubai (100% (10 weeks onsite / 2 weeks offsite))

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of SAP experience
Excellent communication skills
Multiple Full cycle implementation experience
Extensive experience in SAP to Success Factor Integration
Experience in SAP ECC Implementation & Support
Proficient in MM, EPPM, Service, EAM, and other related streams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Experience working as a HCM consultant with UAE clients
SAP R/3/SAP S/4 Hana
SAP S4 Hana, SAP RISE with SAP, Migration, Upgrade, SAP R/3 – ABAP/4, ABAP-HR, DMS, Workflow, Fiori, and BIBO.
Experience in cross modules MM, SD, PS, PP, HCM, FICO, PM, QM, IS-Retail, CS, EHS, EWM, REFX and SCM.
Should have worked in Employee master setup (Mini HR) ,
Interface with external system,
Employee master use in workflow,
HR organizational setup,
Working experience in workflow and flexible workflow specially in P2P,
R2R and OTC streams, should be able to lead and design the workflow across different business processes in these streams,
Lead the design session with business,
Coordinating with technical team in developing the workflow,
Testing, UAT, Documentation,
Should be able to resolve the workflow issues functionally,
Functional Knowledge on workflow objects, Templates,
