Role Summary
12+ years of relevant working experience in Manhattan warehouse management solution (Manhattan Active).
• Experience in full lifecycle implementation of Manhattan ACTIVE warehouse management solution (requirements gathering to go-live)
• Hands-on experience configuring the supply chain product and customize the solution in Manhattan Proactive
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, concepts (inbound process, inventory management, outbound process and generate report, user roles and responsibilities)
• Detailed understanding of integration with internal & external applications, landscape, data points & methodologies.
• Knowledge of integrating WMS with other equipment/systems such as MHE (conveyors), Warehouse control systems (WCS), Warehouse Execution systems (WES) and pick-to-light systems etc.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain concepts with applications used in warehouse.
• Proven ability to work independently on customer projects
• Experience with WMS Reports/ Supply Chain Intelligence tools
• Experience troubleshooting WMS applications, working with Database (Write Query, analyze data and generate report)
• Understanding of WMS Operations in multi-tenant/multi-client warehouse environment
• Exposure to Warehouse labor management, Transportation management systems would be an added advantage
• Experience working with Supply Chain projects, including e-Com/Retail Orders orchestration, Order Management System (OMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Other Warehouse Management System, Enterprise Integration would be preferred
