We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Testing & Support Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in end-to-end testing, support, and troubleshooting of Oracle middleware solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, and WebLogic Server, with a deep understanding of integration flows and enterprise service bus (ESB) implementations. This role combines both QA and support responsibilities, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and high system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute test cases for Oracle middleware components including SOA, OSB, and BPEL processes.

  • Perform regression, integration, and performance testing for middleware services.

  • Monitor and support middleware infrastructure (SOA Suite, WebLogic, OSB), ensuring system uptime and performance.

  • Troubleshoot issues across application, middleware, and database layers, providing RCA and resolution.

  • Work closely with integration teams to validate data flows between upstream and downstream systems.

  • Support production deployments and post-release validations.

  • Automate repetitive validation steps where feasible using scripts or automation frameworks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and business users.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic) testing and support.

  • Strong understanding of middleware architecture and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and root cause analysis.

  • Good command over XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and middleware message tracing.

  • Experience in monitoring and supporting high-availability middleware systems.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, log analysis, and shell scripting for troubleshooting.

  • Working knowledge of automation tools or scripting to improve QA and support workflows.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Fusion Middleware.

  • Experience in ITIL-based support environments or using ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

  • Knowledge of performance tuning of middleware components.
