We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Testing & Support Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in end-to-end testing, support, and troubleshooting of Oracle middleware solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, and WebLogic Server, with a deep understanding of integration flows and enterprise service bus (ESB) implementations. This role combines both QA and support responsibilities, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and high system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute test cases for Oracle middleware components including SOA, OSB, and BPEL processes.
Perform regression, integration, and performance testing for middleware services.
Monitor and support middleware infrastructure (SOA Suite, WebLogic, OSB), ensuring system uptime and performance.
Troubleshoot issues across application, middleware, and database layers, providing RCA and resolution.
Work closely with integration teams to validate data flows between upstream and downstream systems.
Support production deployments and post-release validations.
Automate repetitive validation steps where feasible using scripts or automation frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and business users.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in Oracle Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic) testing and support.
Strong understanding of middleware architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and root cause analysis.
Good command over XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and middleware message tracing.
Experience in monitoring and supporting high-availability middleware systems.
Hands-on experience with SQL, log analysis, and shell scripting for troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of automation tools or scripting to improve QA and support workflows.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Fusion Middleware.
Experience in ITIL-based support environments or using ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
Knowledge of performance tuning of middleware components.
