Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance Technical Consultant with a proven track record in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance modules. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules along with substantial exposure to Oracle Fusion Finance. This role demands deep technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Reports, RDF, Forms, Interface Conversion, OTBI & BIP OIC, and FBDI & HDL. The candidate should have a strong understanding of finance processes and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.


  • Implement, configure, and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules based on business requirements.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Oracle EBS Finance projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in Oracle Fusion Finance, including configuration, integration, and customization.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, XML Reports, RDF, Forms, and other technical components as needed.
  • Design and implement interfaces and conversions between Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance and other systems using FBDI, HDL, and other tools.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform technical feasibility analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements in Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance applications.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, test scripts, and user guides.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules with a minimum of 5-6 end-to-end implementations.
  • 2-3 years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion Finance with at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
  • Strong experience in developing XML Reports, RDF, and Forms within Oracle EBS/Fusion.
  • Expertise in interface conversion tools and methods, such as FBDI, HDL, OTBI, and BIP OIC, Apex, VCBS.
  • Excellent understanding of finance business processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) preferred.
  • Experience in data migration and integration between Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance and other enterprise systems is a plus.
