Job Summary

As the IAM/IAG Lead for SAP S/4 HANA Transformation, you will develop and manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4 HANA and other related technologies. You will lead the implementation of IAM solutions, manage user identities, and ensure compliance with organizational security policies and best practices in access governance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with security policies and SAP requirements.

  • Configure and customize SAP IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4 HANA and related technologies.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of user identities, from onboarding to offboarding, and implement advanced authentication mechanisms.

  • Lead access reviews, compliance audits, and the migration of legacy access controls to SAP systems.

  • Work closely with functional technology streams to ensure that dependencies and requirements are effectively captured.

  • Ensure proper integration of IAM tools and services with SAP modules.

  • Conduct user access reviews and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

  • Lead incident response efforts related to IAM issues and provide resolutions.

  • Manage the implementation of role definitions and access controls, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.

Skills/Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in implementing SAP S/4 HANA and the Identity Access Governance (IAG) module is must.

  • Proven experience developing IAM strategies and frameworks in an ERP environment.

  • Expertise in identity lifecycle management, authentication technologies, and role definition for SAP environments.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with compliance audits, access control migrations, and advanced authentication systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, ERP) are a plus.
