Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Working knowledge of mobile application development lifecycles (iOS/Android)
- Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts: catalogs, checkout, payments, promotions, shipping, OMS, and WMS
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds)
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
